The Spirit of Massachusetts

Or, Reason 78, 221 why to send your kids to private school

TAUNTON, Mass. (AP) - An 8-year-old boy was sent home from school and ordered to undergo a psychological evaluation after he was asked to make a Christmas drawing and came up with what appeared to be a stick figure of Jesus on a cross, the child's father said Tuesday.
Chester Johnson told WBZ-TV that his son made the drawing on Dec. 2 after his second-grade teacher asked children to sketch something that reminded them of the holiday.

Hi Thomas,

Please spread the word that we can vote on marriage on January 19th by writing in my name "John Howard". Scott Brown is pro-life, and though he opposes gay marriage, he is not really doing much to stop it. My campaign is based on stopping same-sex marriage with a compromise that ends same-sex marriage in every state and prohibits genetic engineering of children and same-sex procreation and other illicit and unethical attempts to manufacture life instead of welcoming it from the union of a man and a woman.

My other positions are also in harmony with Caritas In Veritate and other Catholic values. Visit http://writeinjohnhowardforsenate.com

I meant: Scott Brown is pro-choice.

John -

OK then I will vote for you. I have been wrestling with this one even though I did not know that Scott Brown was pro choice.

What I did know is that he foolishly supports the war in Afghanistan.

I heard him on WTAG with Peter Blute the other day and he sounds like he has marbles in his mouth. He is essentially a lazy individual and when Peter was trying to encourge him to take on Martha Coakley on the no-debate issue, Scott sorta insisted that Peter take her on "with [his] bully-pulpit."

He was falling all over himself insisting that Martha has been doing a great job as AG but she's just wrong on the Senatorial issues.

Sheesh .. Scott needs to realize that the left hates him anyways ... He needs to rip into her and expose what a fraud she is.

Everyone has been afraid to be critical of Martha .. so she may back into this seat unscrutinized.

Sorry John but a flyer from the Massachusetts Life League convinced me that voting for Scott was the way to go.

By voting for you, Coakley would have won and that would have been a far worse situation.

The road to overturning Roe V. Wade will not come out of Massachusetts with its heavy duty brain-dead quasi Catholic population.
