I can't believe we are still perpetuating that old flat earth canard.

No one EVER thought the earth was a flat disk. NO ONE. The idea that stupid medievals thought the earth was flat was one invented in the 19th century by Victorian post-protestant "historians" who wanted to prove how wonderful the modern world was and how superior the technological revolution was to (Catholic) medieval culture.

Can we please stop passing it around?
